An indicative private dinner starts at €85 per guest for a 5-course tasting menu, with a minimum of 4 guests. The final quote depends on guest count, the menu, wine pairings and the Madrid area. Request a free, no-commitment quote.

We recommend booking at least 7 days ahead for private dinners and 3–4 weeks for events. For high-demand dates (Christmas, Valentine's, New Year), the earlier the better.
Of course. Every menu is bespoke and we adapt to allergies, intolerances (gluten, dairy, nuts), vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian-free and any medical requirement you specify.
Chef Thierry Gustin is trained in French haute cuisine and works with seasonal Mediterranean produce from Madrid's markets. The menu blends classical French technique with contemporary flavours and refined plating.
A standard home kitchen is enough. The chef brings their equipment, professional tools and all prepared ingredients. We adapt to the space, whether a central Madrid flat or a villa in La Moraleja.
Yes. We offer chef service for private events, intimate weddings, corporate lunches and family celebrations of up to 60 people. Beyond that, we deploy a full kitchen and service team.
