For an intimate wedding, a civil ceremony or a next-day brunch, Chef Thierry Gustin composes a gastronomic service worthy of your day. We work for weddings of 10 to 60 guests, in private residences, fincas, gardens, penthouses.


The service is designed several months in advance: prior menu tasting, coordination with your wedding planner, validation of every detail. The team is sized precisely: 1 chef de partie per about 12 guests, trained kitchen and floor assistants.
Formats adapt to your vision: standing cocktail dînatoire, seated lunch or dinner, next-day Sunday brunch, cheese and dessert tables. The kitchen is set up at your residence (main kitchen, temporary kitchen in the garage, garden kitchen marquee).
We work in close collaboration with your florists, decorators, sommeliers. Shopping is premium: Galician fish, Roses seafood, Discarlux aged meats, French foies and truffles, PDO cheeses.
Every detail is personally supervised by Chef Thierry Gustin. Prior tastings are organised at your home to validate the menu as a couple.
