A romantic dinner with a private chef at home is the perfect way to celebrate an anniversary, a marriage proposal, Valentine's Day or simply an unforgettable evening for two. Chef Thierry Gustin designs a tasting menu exclusively for you: 5 to 7 elegant courses, refined tasting portions, slow rhythm that leaves all the room for conversation.


We arrive 2 hours before service to prepare everything discreetly, without invading your intimacy. The kitchen becomes a temporary workshop, the dining room your private stage.
We light candles if you wish, set the table with your preferred elements. During dinner, the Chef and an assistant serve the dishes with discretion, briefly present each creation, then disappear between courses.
The menu selection follows a sensory progression: delicate amuse-bouche, airy cold starter, generous hot starter, refined fish, signature meat, pre-dessert and romantic dessert (chocolate soufflé, strawberry tart, modern pavlova). Wine pairing is composed with your wines or suggested in harmony.
At the end, everything is silently cleaned up and the Chef leaves without disturbing the moment. Service for two from €280 per evening, all-inclusive.

Yes, minimal presence. The Chef and assistant briefly serve, present the creation, then withdraw to the kitchen between courses.
The Chef handles the menu and service. For flowers, candles and music, you can prepare them or ask us for trusted references.
Yes, frequently. We coordinate discreetly: dessert with ring, plate with dedication, etc.
About 2h30 to 3h of dinner. The Chef arrives 2h before and leaves ~30 min after the last course.
