La Moraleja is the residential sanctuary of north Madrid: luxury villas with gardens, terraces with pools, vast living rooms. For these residences, Chef Thierry Gustin offers a complete gastronomic service tailored to the specifics of a high-end private event.
Premium service in La Moraleja
We work with professional or fully-equipped residential kitchens, with your household staff or by bringing a complete service team. Formats are varied: private dinners for 6 to 14 guests, family Sunday lunches, garden parties, events to celebrate contracts or milestone birthdays.
Shopping is done at the Alcobendas market or with premium suppliers in the north (Pescadería Ernesto, El Capricho, El Corte Inglés food halls). For outdoor events, we set up temporary cooking stations on your terrace, a teppanyaki plancha buffet, fresh oyster tables with champagne.
For larger services — 50 guests or more — we bring a full kitchen and front-of-house team, trained and discreet. The Chef speaks Spanish, French and English and adapts to the diplomatic or corporate demands of the area.
Travel time included with no surcharge from central Madrid. Booking recommended 10 days ahead for dinners, 4 weeks for events.
