Meal prep for athletes in Madrid
When you train seriously — strength, running, triathlon, crossfit or competitive padel — nutrition stops being a detail. Recovery, session energy and body composition depend on eating well every day, not just on good days.
The problem is time. Between training, work and commuting, cooking five balanced meals a day is impossible to sustain for months. That's why athletes delegate the cooking without giving up produce quality.
I build your week with modulated carbs: more on hard session days, less on rest days, and always enough protein to repair tissue. Everything labelled, measured and cooked with fresh market produce.

How the pack adapts to performance
- Carbs modulated by day: 70-90 g on hard sessions, 35-45 g on light days.
- Protein spread across every serving, 35 to 50 g, to optimise synthesis.
- Dishes designed to digest well before or after training, without excess fat.
- Sodium and potassium managed in hot weather or high-load blocks.
I work from your weekly calendar: which day is heavy, which is technical, which is rest. From there I plan the serving split. If you compete, I adjust the taper week and the recovery week. And if your coach or nutritionist sets specific guidance, I follow it to the letter — my job is to execute your plan properly in the kitchen.
